This was one of the few times i made a layer a cake... it was such a pleasure making them for a bunch of kids... Itwas tender lemon cake with swiss meringue buttercrem. i love this buttercream recipe.. its not too sweet compared to alot other buttercream i made and i love it!

Mini Cupcakes with Coloured Buttercream

This was baked for my Lovely friend's weekly kids class at her home... she usually would make them cupcakes from pre-made mixes. so it hought of surprising her with freshly made ones with pretty colored's buttercreams :)
