Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake

My first attempt of creating a non-bake cheesecake. I used St. Dalfour's Strawberry jam below the fresh strawberries rather than putting jelly on it, i think it taste better actually. Love cheesecake and nothing beats making one that is no fuss... love love this recipe!!

Sister's Baby Shower

My biggest baking adventure to date... Last year June, I baked 200 of Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting and topped with Blue Sparkles for my sister's baby shower. The reason for the colours, well the themed, i made the dessert table to silver and blue whilst rest of the decorations were Fuschia, Orange and Yellow; bright and cheerful. I had so much fun doing the cupcakes and waiting for the next big adventure I will get.

Never would i have thought that I would ever be here. Having a Blog that shows off my Desserts Creations! Which is one of my passions in life.. I Love Eating them and always wanted to be able to actually make them.

So about two years ago, I took up the courage to actually  start making them... And I am hooked! i create all the excuses to actually make them; birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, or even dinner parties. Basically just any reasons.
