Sister's Baby Shower

My biggest baking adventure to date... Last year June, I baked 200 of Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting and topped with Blue Sparkles for my sister's baby shower. The reason for the colours, well the themed, i made the dessert table to silver and blue whilst rest of the decorations were Fuschia, Orange and Yellow; bright and cheerful. I had so much fun doing the cupcakes and waiting for the next big adventure I will get.
